Ohio Pocket Constitutions
SOLD OUT, more on order
The Ohio Pocket Constitution contains important excerpts of our State of Ohio Constitution which demonstrates the ways that it exceeds the Federal Constitution in protecting God given rights. For example, it contains the beautifully worded preamble, the bill of rights, and other important sections restricting the power of government. It also contains commentary and explanation on these excerpts of the constitution written by a local expert on the Ohio Constitution, Maurice Thompson, Executive Director of the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law.

Additionally, the Ohio Pocket Constitution contains information on the forgotten history of how nullification and states' rights have been used to protect the liberties -- including fighting against slavery. There is text of the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 and some explanation of the "Principles of 98" by historian Thomas Woods. And something you will not find anywhere else, it contains the Ohio Resolution of 1820 to reaffirm the Principles of 98 when Ohio directly contradicted a Supreme Court ruling in its fight with the Second Bank of the United States. A special thank you to: Terry Ladrach of the Holmes County Liberty Coalition for his beautiful cover art; Maurice Thompson, of the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, for providing explanation and commentary on the Ohio Constitution; Geoff Shough for his editing and proofreading assistance; and Dan Lillback for help with this initial order.
